Selma Blair stepped out with son Arthur on Wednesday.  The actress wore her newly lightened locks in cute pigtails and appeared to be having a chat with her son who turns two July 25th. Selma might have lost her gig on Anger Management but she hasn't let that get in the way of being a great mom.
