  • Age with grace. If you want to make sure that you are looking youthful, then you need to embrace your actual age and age gracefully. There is nothing quite worse than the sight of somebody desperately trying to look like a teenager when you can tell what their real age is. If you are 50 years old, it is OK to look 50, but that doesn't mean you can't look after your skin to make it look hydrated and supple for longer. There is a big difference between aging gracefully and aging terribly and gracefully. Aging means looking after yourself while you get to your actual age without trying to look like you're still 16 years old.

  • Look after your diet. If you want to look more youthful, you have to think about what you are eating. Looking after your diet is important, and appearing younger doesn't just have to do with the appearance of your skin. You want to keep your brain alert and young itself because the cognitive functioning ability of your brain is an important aspect of looking younger. You want to keep your mind sharp as well as your face and your body to appear as young as possible.

  • Let go of the stress. Accepting life for what it really is, is important if you want to look younger. You're always going to have laughter lines and wrinkles and frown lines, but you don't want them to deepen any more than necessary. By letting go of stress, you're going to be able to keep your skin glowing and looking youthful, rather than thinking you look old or haggard.

  • Sing. The effects of singing are too good to really keep your mouth shut. Singing keeps you feeling younger because of the amount of breath work that goes into it. All you have to do is a little bit of research to figure out how singing is going to keep you feeling and looking more youthful.
