For fruit lollies, all you need to do is squeeze a selection of fruits and pour the juice into lolly molds, and voila, healthy fruity lollies. You could also swirl a little plain yogurt into the lolly molds if you want to make the lollies a little more sturdy.

Hide Veggies In Soups, Stews, And Pasta Dishes
The best way to hide vegetables is to make soups, stews, and pasta dishes. Instead of buying sauces already made, make them yourself from tinned tomatoes and lots of blended up fresh vegetables. You can make anything from homemade lasagne to curry sauces from scratch.
