Anti-Pervert Hairy Leg Stockings For Girls?

A Chinese company has a new way to get weirdos out of your ‘hair,’ so to speak, with stockings that make it look like a woman has incredibly hairy legs.

The website ChinaSmack, based in Shanghai, features a photo of a model wearing the furry invention, which was apparently created to keep men from harassing ladies. Under the photo was the caption, “Super sexy, summertime anti-pervert full-leg-of-hair stockings, essential for all young girls going out.”

It seems like an extreme way to prevent unwanted male attention, but we do suppose it works, because these are just so gross! Too bad for us, the website doesn’t say where shoppers can find the furry essentials, and a Google search also turned up nothing.

The image of these tights has gone viral, with viewers running the gamut from amused to horrified. One highlighted how the pants could backfire with this comment: “This will not only prevent against perverts, it’ll definitely also result in preventing handsome guys from approaching you.” Some suggested that simply not shaving could be a cheaper option.

We’re all for making perverts go away, but this creative legwear might be a little too extreme, and ‘Sasquatch Mommy’ would definitely scare the kids!
