Take On An Activity Together

You can always buy the materials and do it from the comfort of your home. That way you don’t have to worry about signing up for a class and your schedule can remain flexible.

Nothing says romance like going for a traditional dinner date together.  Try to go for a nice dinner together at least once or twice a month. It’s an excellent opportunity to catch up on conversation without any distractions.

Although dinners at home can be nice, it’s easy to get distracted in your home environment by other family members or getting stuff done around the house.


Have a Spa Day

Getting in a little rest and relaxation together is often exactly what the doctor ordered.  Even though you may think that you’re doing fine, often the reason for you feeling distanced from your partner is because each of you is tense and stressed out.
Doing something like a spa treatment can be a great way to decompress and invite health back into your life.


Give a Gift

Although different people have different ways of expressing their love, a physical gift can be a very overt gesture of appreciation.

Giving a gift which has special meaning or significance will make you both feel satisfied and fulfilled.  As the receiver, they’ll love the gesture, and you as the giver will feel a rush of joy from bringing them happiness.

Go On a Trip Together

Sometimes getting out of your normal routine is a great way to spice things up.  Go on a trip together for a few days and escape your regular patterns.
