Captain America, Robocop, and the Joker have all made an appearance around Lance Curran's breakfast table - and other fathers have been inspired to follow suit.
This dad is certainly no mug - recruiting his kids in a series of superhero snapshots using his trusty morning brew.
Lance Curran transforms his children into caped crusaders, getting them to keep still while he holds up his cup.
He then snaps the perfect 'mug-shot', and posts it on Instagram to the joy of his thousands of followers.

Under the hashtag #breakfastmugshot, fathers from all over the world post pictures of their little crime-fighters.
