Baby Lively-Reynolds may have two super-humanly beautiful parents, but it turns out that she's just like every other baby, allergies and all. In a recent appearance on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, new dad Ryan Reynolds dished all about his newborn daughter and revealed that she's developed an allergy... to sleep.

The nine-week-old baby girl (who is reportedly named James), is keeping her parents far away from the Boogeyman by holding off on shut eye.

"It's exciting, nine weeks now!" gushes Reynolds. "I do everything [for her]." And that apparently includes ditching his beauty sleep. "Our baby in particular is, we think, allergic to sleep. We joke that she thinks she's keeping us [safe]. She's protecting us from the sleep monsters. She's like, 'Oh, I gotta keep them up or the sleep monsters will get them.'"

But the new dad has a genius (pun intended) solution to the problem. Though, it may, or may not, backfire.

"The trick I try to use is that Baby Einstein stuff," he adds. "But that's, for me, like horse tranquilizer. I can go down on a lit stove."

Moms and Dads, admit it: You've been through the same thing. Once that baby arrives, you're on their clock. You go by their needs and their cries, and you're no longer choosing when or where you get to sleep. Time to embrace it all, "allergies" included.
